Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Circus Circus Hotel, Las Vegas, USA.

Presentation Room Equipment

Each presentation room will be equipped with a projector and laptop computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB flash-drive. Delegates are requested to arrive at the venue during the Registration period so that their presentation can be uploaded to the laptop computer.

Session Timings

Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a  5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation.

Session Chair

Participants may serve as the Session Chair. If you are interested, please indicate your willingness in the Registration Form. A certificate will be issued to all Chairs acknowledging their role at the conference.

Paper Review

If want to join our Paper Review Committee, please indicate either by your email or by completed registration form. A certificate will be issued  to the Reviewer acknowledging such contribution.

Food and Beverages 

Registration fee includes  morning and afternoon tea/coffee and break foods for two days. Please note that there is no lunch being provided.

Conference Accessories 

Each participant will receive name tag, participation acknowledgement certificate and payment receipt and a copy of the conference program in print. Writing paper and pens will be available in the rooms.
